It worked out but a heads up for the next person. The place is definitely a nightclub at night, during the day it is dark. A big contrast to the cheerful holiday streets of Bethlehem. They were out of a few muni items and decided on the Sweet and Sweaty wings. Wings were good, could have been crispier but sauce was great; reminded me of a Korean BBQ sauce. We shared the Butternut Squash Ravioli. The pasta was saturated in a creamy white sauce with lots of walnuts and cranberries. It was tasty like the way boxed. Mac and cheese taste so so good. We finished everything. Overall Corked is a good value but the food had an assembly line feel to it.
Our 1st dining experience at Cork 'd was to celebrate a birthday. They seated us near a vent initially and it was like being in a cold wind tunnel. We asked to be moved and they did so without a problem. Our waiter was excellent, describing the wines and specials thoroughly. I liked that there weren 't so many specials that you wonder why they have a menu. The food and service was exquisite. They brought our desert on a cheese platter on which the chef had written Happy Birthday in a chocolate sauce. We 'll return to dine again. My biggest complaint was how loud it got in the restaurant by the time we left. I measured it a 90 decibels, which is like standing in a station as the train goes by. It became a distraction and downright uncomfortable. I 'm hoping a midweek meal would be much quieter.
Love this place. I've been here twice to dine and the food service has been outstanding. Drinks were good as well. Had three or four appetizers each time to share. Great portions and delicious! Lamb shanks were awesome as well as the lobster macaroni. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Beautiful inside with an awesome bar. Has a dance floor and a DJ on the weekends. Not sure about the nightclub crowd or how rowdy it gets. I would definitely recommend Corked to bring a date for dinner. Very classy and the food is awesome.
I came here years ago when it was a steakhouse and back then it was fantastic, the steaks were excellent. I knew they revamped there menu a couple years ago but we never tried it until today when we were in the neighborhood. We were hungry for American cuisine and comfort food. We shared fried calamari and chicken quesadillas. The calamari was cooked to perfection, would have been even better served with an aioli or something sweet. The quesadillas were fantastic! They were stuffed with cheese and chicken. We then shared a California cheeseburger with bacon and it was huge, it tasted so fresh. I'm not sure if it was homemade but it tasted that way. The fries were very good. We added the fries to be truffle but the truffle was a bit overkill. I think the fries prob are good by itself. I oils def come back for lunch again.
Went here for my birthday, nice place I gotta come back when this whole COVID mess is over because they turn into a club after a certain time. Food is not badly priced, but it's not the best food. I had the salmon as seen in the picture, it tasted fishy, what cut the taste was the sauce on top which was not bad, wings were ok but a little to soft for my liking. I'm a big shrimp fan and the shrimp was not bad at all. My husband had the short ribs he liked it because he said it was very tender and had some nice flavors. Now my 3 stars really are there because the server was nice and my Charcuterie Plate Perfect!!!! The ground mustard was great and I am not a fan of something if I can taste the seeds, but that mustard was good, the meat on point, tasted like it came fresh from a butcher!!! I will be back now if they take the Charcuterie plate off the menu, I'm have a problem!!!
