Contribuisci feedbackUnbelievable! The customer service at this place is so terrible that you really have to see it to believe it. Unfortunately, we didn’t even get that far. After they took forever to respond to our request for gluten-free menus—despite heavily promoting them—we were told they couldn’t cook anything because “the fryer took 20 minutes to heat up.” We, along with many other frustrated customers, waited over 40 minutes for a simple order of hot chips. Disheartened by the way we were treated, we decided to leave before getting our food. Even if it were a holiday and this was the only open restaurant, I would avoid this place at all costs. It’s hard to believe they know how to run a business at all.
The entire experience was awful. During all that time I was waiting, the owner (I assume) was shouting at her children in the kitchen and complaining about working on a public holiday, yet she never bothered to communicate with me about the lengthy delay or show any concern for the fact that I had been waiting for over an hour. It felt like my presence didn't matter at all. Overall, this was a terrible experience for many reasons, and I would not recommend this place.
The service was awful, and the staff had a really bad attitude. If this place is aiming for failure, they're certainly on the right path.

Absolutely astonishing... The appalling customer service at this establishment is something you have to witness to believe. Unfortunately, we can't comment on the food because we never made it that far. After being mocked for asking about gluten-free menu options—despite their heavy promotion in the store (as shown in the photo)—they refused to prepare our order, claiming the fryer would take 20 minutes to heat up. We, along with several other frustrated customers, waited for over 40 minutes just for a simple order of hot chips. Disgusted by the way we and others were treated, we decided to leave before receiving our food. Even if it were a public holiday and this was the only takeout place open, I would avoid it at all costs... Unless, of course, you want to learn what not to do when running a business.
