Arby's - Lubbock

This is the best Arby's location. I live off of Highway 1585 and I drive 17 minutes just to eat here. The staff is always friendly, and the food is always hot and fresh. The best!

The experience was okay and services was good it was fast but it might have been to fast because I didn't get my whole order when I went there but they did tell me that they would make it right with me when I go back so we will see

The man with tattoos at the restaurant is one of the kindest, polite, intelligent, and articulate individuals I have ever encountered. He is truly remarkable and should not be judged by his appearance. I believe he would excel as a manager at a high-end retail store.

We went at 10 a.m. The wait was a bit long but that was expected as they had just opened. The staff were friendly and our order was correct. The strawberry lemonade was really good. I recommend this location.

I absolutely adore the night shift at this restaurant! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. However, I had a negative experience with the female workers during the day shift. I'm grateful that I didn't have my children with me on September 8th, 2022, as two female workers were speaking loudly and using foul language. Despite this, the food was still delicious and I love the night shift. I will likely choose to dine in during the evenings rather than the lunch shift in the future.
