I enjoyed my immense, I even stole a few bites from my partners and it was also delicious. the fried pommes were a bit saltier than I want and the pommes were a little over boiled/old. all around great atmosphere, friendly staff and the music fits perfectly.
The first time you ever come here will not be the last. I had the classic, the woman had the goat, and the young had the kinder cheeseburger. in addition, tweepering rings and the tasty self-drilled cheeses. 3 and a Tiki-Rita and the old fashion. the atomic gaps were not atomic and the bread n-butter was not crispy. the big, everything else. the old fashion was good, I added root beer to it and made it so much better. the Fritten-I added the BBQ sauce and made them brilliant, and they were great before. I added the comrade dijon and some wobbles to my burger, that was right on the money. price for all three of us plus’s the cash was $60, minus the cash, would have only $40 - we would have paid at whataburger. that was a great meal for a good price. I strongly recommend everyone to look by and try. they have many ways to accommodate everyone. I'm sorry about the photos, it looked so good, I couldn't wait and grabbed this halfway through eating.
Came in two days and got the Cuban burger and it was delicious. the manager came to check us, and then another hired man came by to drive the table and check us out and remembered my friend of yesterday. great eating great atmosphere happy they are open again! eat here weekly still absolutely delicious and never have I eaten something that was not so delicious!
First time there think got the western burger was really good hamburger you can choose the kinda pickles you want they also have a bar when come back to Lubbock will go there again.
We were in a mood for a burger, so we decided to try Twisted Root. We ordered All American Burgers (this restaurant’s version of the bacon cheeseburger), I ordered a Wagyu version (it was worth the up-charge). All burgers were cooked to our desired doneness. The shakes were thick and delicious, and the twisted fries you only need one order if you have a party of 2 or 3 (they order is very large). They have a sliced pickle bar, if you enjoy pickles on your burger, the pickles add great depth and flavor to such a dense burger. A side-note, halfway through my meal I remembered I saw this restaurant on Diners Drive-ins and Dives. This restaurant definitely lived up to the reviews from the show.
