Contribuisci feedbackI was asked to wait 10-15 minutes at the speaker, and then another 30 minutes in line at the window. I understand that there may be a shortage of staff, but the wait times are not the same at the location on 82nd and Quaker.
I hadn't been to this restaurant in years and decided to give it another try. What a mistake! I should have read the reviews before coming. Everything went wrong - the service was terrible, the food was cold, and the management seemed clueless. The only interesting thing was the water feature they had, which seemed to bring some life to the place.
This was the worst experience ever! I had to wait for about 8 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. There were about 5 children running around the kitchen, which was totally unprofessional, especially since this restaurant caters to families with children. The service was insecure and inconsistent. If you own or manage this business, please improve the situation!
I had to wait a few minutes on the loudspeaker. After they had taken over my orders, I moved and there were 2 cars in front of me. the first car lasted a few more minutes, the second a few more. then I sat on the window long enough to smoke a cigarette (more than 5 minutes). then the dame could not remember what I had paid from the time I had until they came back to try to command me one. the hash-browns were crispy and really greasy, not crispy on the outside and chew on the inside as they should be. I ordered a sausage, speck, ei and cheese double croissant. the cheese looks like he was sitting in the slide that they took apart and added a meat so they could sell it and not throw it away, and it tastes like he was sitting before an hour. I know there are bad times, or busy times, but this burger king was definitiw not busy. it has not been given any quitting except on the bag. this is another example of why the burger kings in lubbock have to be consolidated down/consolidated. I will continue to give them the opportunity to do well, and I will always be disappointed.
Jesus. Hard buns, missing condiments galore! Wasn't even a big order. 5 sandwiches. Only managed to get 2 right. Spent at least 35 minutes just trying to get my food. I will NEVER return to this location. As an aside they are terribly short staffed, but then they should be more accurate running just the drive thru.. Update: i returned, ordered through the box again, got to the window, girl has my food in her hand, i tell her that my burgers were wrong, specifically what was wrong with them. After staring wide-eyed at me for a few moments, she turns and leaves the window, apparently to get the kitchen guy. He has me hand back the burgers for him to inspect pretty sure i remember that being against policy), i explain in EXPLICIT detail what i wanted. Outcome: still wasn't right, and he decided to leave off my bacon and cheese on both burgers. Thanks guys.
