Chicken Express - Lubbock

The chicken pliers are thinner than before, I went during lunchtime and waited 13 minutes from the ordering time to order my order with only three cars. I understand if the people ordered family dinners before me, but that wasn't the case, and despite the wait, I opened the box before I left the parking lot, to eat fries on the car and they were cold. To eliminate everything, they were from spicy offers, so I asked for spicy serendipity both on the microphone and while I delivered my card, but they gave me no.

That was the LAST TIME!! Open the dining room!!! Waiting for over 30 minutes in the drive through the line because once you? Are you there? Come here a lot and that was a first. A lady on the car was very RUDE! I ordered 2 meals and when she became rude, I canceled the 2nd order. I hope it doesn't happen again because I won't come back. I prefer to spend my money in places that seem to appreciate my patronage. As I said, this was a first so that the fingers crossed it did not happen again

It's 2022. Mandates removed, yet Chicken Express does not allow any immersion. The excuse on the drive-dru window reads some political shoots to not be able to hire people. Currently, children are looking for jobs in whole Lubbock. The line literally takes 25 minutes or more to get through. Model of inefficiency here, this type of boggles the mind. And NOT STILL with the secondary track!!!

I came to this Chicken Express thinking I'm going to get some chicken that's going to just melt in your mouth well I ended up getting a dry chicken with nothing but breading on it it was like 2% chicken and 98% breading. I called the manager to tell him about it and he wanted me to bring back the meal after I already got home which is 20 minutes away from this place and all he could say was well we can't do nothing unless you bring back that meal that is so rude and inconvenient. I would never come to this Chicken Express again
