Kfc - Lubbock

The owner of this unique restaurant seems to lack attention to detail. There were bugs, limited seating, and the overall ambiance felt a bit run-down. However, I do enjoy the food. The staff appeared to be just going through the motions, which is understandable given the state of the place. But hey, that's Lubbock, Texas – it's a central restaurant, so it comes with its own charm.

The sandwich I ordered came out wrong, but they corrected it quickly. Unfortunately, the overall experience at the restaurant was disappointing. There were only three to five chairs in the dining area, which made it feel like they were trying to rush people out. The soda station also didn’t meet my expectations. We visited around 1:00 PM when they weren’t too busy. As for the food, I’d rate it a 4 out of 5.

The food remains excellent, but it appears that all the locations are declining rapidly. During our last two visits, each site seemed outdated, neglected, and disorganized. The floors were sticky, the walls dusty, and the restrooms were in poor condition. The service was lacking as well; it felt like no one was actually working. The staff had messy uniforms, displayed poor attitudes, and seemed indifferent. Food rating: 5/5.

Really clean, quick service, a little more fatter than expected, but absolutely delicious! Every bite has a D even taken home! Food: 4/5

Just went through the drive through at the Lubbock slide location and the grey and black haired older Mexican man taking drive through orders was absolutely the rudest ever!!! If employees are allowed to work there with that bad of an attitude I will not spend another dime there!! He needs to be reprimanded at the least.
