Kfc - Lubbock

I've been enjoying KFC for as long as I can remember, and it has always been one of my favorite places to eat. Kudos to KFC—here’s to another 10 or 15 years of delicious chicken!

This is the only KFC in the world that doesn't correct your order even after a delay. This is unacceptable! This location has received numerous negative reviews. They should really consider shutting it down!

The service was good, but the food was not up to par. I ordered crispy chicken, but received the original instead. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

The order of 10 pieces was supposed to come with free cookies, but there were no cookies included. Additionally, all the pieces were wings, and there was a mix of crispy and original when I had specifically requested crispy. I won’t be returning and I remember now why I had planned not to come back. Food rating: 4/5.

Cashier might have been more friendly, but the Lord who brought out our food was sweet!!!! Food: 4/5
