I arrived just 30 minutes before closing—something I hadn't planned for—and the service was terrible. My chicken was undercooked, and instead of a glass, I was given a metal water container. It was really disappointing!
My wife, our close friends, and I celebrated her 65th birthday at La Sirena, and it was truly a magical experience! The food was delicious, the pacing was perfect, and the service was friendly yet unobtrusive—all in a unique setting. I had the best pork chop I’ve ever tasted, a double-bone chop that was cooked perfectly: juicy and tender, which clearly shows that the kitchen staff really knows their craft. My son's strip steak was equally fantastic. Everyone enjoyed their meals, allowing us to relax and fully savor our time together. I even indulged in dessert, which is rare for me, but I couldn't resist the local honey panna cotta—it was creamy, not overly sweet, and the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to celebrate with friends and family!
The food we ordered was fantastic, and we really enjoyed it. However, as other dishes began to come out, a strong smell filled the entire restaurant. It seemed to be heavily seasoned fish, but it had a pungent odor reminiscent of something rotting, which was quite unbearable.
I love this place… the vibe, the service, the patio, watermelon jalapeño margarita, empanadas, brussel sprouts, just go! It’s good!
Oh, WOW! The food has gotten SO GOOD!!!! Our brie with pinon nuts, broccoli soup, and black cod were unique and out of this world! It's my favorite restaurant in Lubbock!!!!! Thank you all!!!!
