Panera Bread - Lubbock

9/30/2020 The food was great and the people that were working we're more customer savy then a lot of places lately. Yes, they have dine in, there menu is limited, they do have Wi-Fi, I love there bell to alert them when they are busy in the back. Tables could have been a little bit cleaner. 9/29/2019 Breakfast is usually good. This location 98th off of Quaker is a more cleaner location unless the assistant manager is not there.

Love their sandwiches and love them for having vegan options and also customizing other savory dishes to vegan..

Went to lunch here with my gf. No acknowledgement when we came inside. As someone who works in the service industry, these sort of first impressions matter. We didn’t experience the slow service everyone else mentioned (place was basically deserted), but everything was a MESS. Barely any clean tables inside, and everything is covered in food and crumbs. When it’s this slow, there’s no reason that things should be this messy. It doesn’t leave a good impression. No plans to return to this location.

This was a horrible experience! The gentleman at the counter could not take our order, they were out of half the items, it took 30 minutes to get our food. I will never come back

Limited food selection and no customer service (kiosks only). Signs would be helpful near the old-school cash registers.
