Contribuisci feedbackI’ve had mixed experiences at this Subway in the past, but today’s visit stood out as particularly satisfying. The restaurant was clean and well-stocked. Holly, the employee, was exceptional. She warmly greeted customers as they entered and was a pleasure to talk to. She also made a fantastic sandwich. If the owner is reading this, please pass along my compliments to Holly, and I encourage you to consider giving her a monetary reward.
I ordered online and received a notification that my order was ready about 20 minutes later. When I arrived to pick it up, they hadn't even started on my order. I inquired about it, and they mentioned they were waiting for the meatballs to warm up, but they would begin right away. However, they then proceeded to assist the next four customers in line. After waiting another 10 minutes, they informed me that they were out of bread and that their toaster was broken. I ended up wasting 45 minutes without getting any food. I'm really disappointed, especially since we live just across the street and my kids love Subway. This place is poorly managed, and I won't be coming back.
I placed an order through their mobile app and received a confirmation indicating that my food was ready. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, they informed me that it wasn't ready yet. I showed them the order status, which indicates that a notification is sent automatically when the ticket is printed. They should make it clear to customers before they place their orders.
I have been coming to this subway for years, almost daily. Several months ago I had to completely stop going there all together because the service was terrible, they were always out of everything, and there was one girl in particular who was just flat out hateful. I decided to give it another try today because I obviously love subway. I was absolutely blown away!! It was beautiful and clean, the two girls working were so sweet and pleasant and well kept, and they had everything in stock and just did an all around amazing job!! I’m so excited and will certainly be back!! Kudos to Brionna the manager, and I did not get the other girls name but she was sweet also!!! Way to go subway!!!
Here ordered a few hot sandwiches, seems like the person who did not read the instructions or something and gave me sandwiches that served for roasted/warned totally cold. It was a pick-up job when I got in, nobody was in sight. I waited for a few minutes to see if someone could come out so I could raise my complaint and hope to see if they could warm up the sand that and no one came out. I'm pretty upset because I tipped, hoping they could do me courtesy to fix the problem, but nobody ever came out. This is not the first time that this happens, this subway is clearly poorly managed. Try your luck in another place, I can't tell you how often I was left down here.
