Taco Bell - Lubbock

Every time we visit this Taco Bell, I'm consistently impressed by the outstanding service. Every employee we’ve interacted with has been friendly and attentive. Today, after getting our drinks, we got sidetracked and accidentally drove off without our food—totally our mistake. When we returned, Raul at the drive-thru was phenomenal! He not only remembered nearly all of our order but was also incredibly nice, even though they had to remake a few items. I asked if I could take his picture to show everyone just how awesome he is, along with the rest of the team.

I had the best customer service at Taco Bell! The cashiers were enthusiastic and kept us entertained with their humor while we waited for our food. I highly recommend this place!
