The poor service and poor communication about what menu items they do have and what they don 't have and to talk about me as if I 'm not standing there and then to scream my drink out in my face when I 'm clearly the only one standing there. Then makes a nasty comment about opps I didn 't see you. I 'm literally the only person standing there. Lol. Now to my order. I asked for a Carmel Ice coffee with a small splash of cream and sugar. I got coffee. White. No sugar. And the breakfast sandwich was cold and put together in a mess. The cashier refuses to give me his name and kept saying Tasha. Hire some folks with some manners. Stock up on menu items if you want ppl to buy them. Or don 't advertise that you do have them. It 's that simple. Literally the 2 menu items I wanted they were out of . It 's 2 pm in the afternoon.
It's hard to get a pour over hot coffee they always pull it from carafe I remember being able to pull a variety that wasn't already brewed like komodo dragon one of top 3 favorite and the batista would open that bag grind what she needed for pour over n shots off expresso serve it hot and smelling tasting amazing this particular branch has never done this for me they are not real friemdky either . Maybe as the store agrs it will get better glad to have them now we need barista
If you never been to Starbucks then your gonna have a hard time picking out something to drink. They should have a few sample drinks that you could try. Not big drinks just a little sip.
I stopped in to this Starbucks and waited at the register for at least 7 minutes. No service...not even a hello or a we 'll be right with you ... totally ignored by the young ladies working there. So I picked my stuff up and left. Another customer told me on the way out they didn 't even acknowledge you standing there, did they? I said no they didn 't. Horrible customer service and rude employees. I drove 20 mins to the vienna Starbucks across town, where despite a large drive thru line they greeted me right away and took my order promptly.
