Contribuisci feedbackI've visited the drive-thru Starbucks off the Mass Pike several times, and they always have what I'm looking for.
My husband and I ordered my tall flat white at the drive-thru, and I was impressed by how polite and friendly the voice on the intercom was. Her name was Amanda. Both she and another barista were incredibly efficient and very welcoming. The flat white was also excellent. These two employees are the reason I’m giving Starbucks a 5-star rating!
A quick note for fellow Starbucks customers: standing just an inch away from the pickup window and glaring at the barista while waiting for your drink doesn’t make them go any faster. Give them some space; the staring can be quite unsettling. Also, if you’ve ordered multiple drinks, they will hand them out one by one as they’re made. There’s no need to remind them each time you receive a drink that you have four more coming. They’re aware! To the baristas: you’re doing important work! I know your job is tough, so keep up the fantastic work!
Nicest staff I've met. Was on the road and popped by for a cup of coffee at the walk up window. All three people there sat and chatted with me for a bit since it was a slow day. Little personable experiences like that always make the stop worth it. Used to work for the company so was just cool to get their insight.
The girl at the drive thru window was nice, that?s the only positive thing I have to say. Both drinks I ordered were incorrect. Ordered a white chocolate mocha and got a plain latte, and my passion tea lemonade was just passion tea with no lemonade or sweetener!
