Bojangles - Lumberton

The food was cold and overcooked or undercooked depending on what we got, it took about 30 minutes to get our food, they forgot several things in our order several times so we had to keep going back to the counter, and the cashier was acting like she was lost in outer space.

Fine service and great food as all bojangles, but be careful with drinks as they handed us a broken cup and a large sweet tea busted all over myself and car.

I ordered a 3pc chicken strips meal. I thought I would get a famous bojangles biscuit too. I did not! I got 3 tiny pieces of chicken, Mac&cheese, no biscuit and a super giant cup of pink lemonade for $9.94. I'm still hungry, not worth it at all.

Go by almost every morning. Fast, friendly, service.

Been eating at Bojangles for years, especially for breakfast. Always like getting a butter biscuit, with butter in the middle. Went recently and girl at window said they no longer spread butter in the middle. We will no longer visit bojangles.
