Not service with a smile. Order was wrong. Food was cold.

My husband ordered a special. 3 Whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, and 3 fries. He got it home and the TWO cheeseburgers were like hockey pucks. The Whoppers weren't made right. The fries were good. I called the manager and she said if I brought the receipt there they would remake the whole order. I did that today. Let me just say, the employees at this location are friendly and polite, that's why I gave then 2 stars. They didn't get the order ri ch t AGAIN! I gave them a chance. We will go to another BK in the future. The food was a lot fresher this time. The cheeseburgers were awesome. The Whoppers were not made right. For example, my Whopper only had a dot of ketchup on it, NO tomatoes, 1 string of onion.
