After waiting for over 25 minutes, we finally reached the window only to see a sign stating "no orders placed at window, no exceptions!!!" There was no indication of where we should place our order instead. It would have been more helpful to have a sign directing customers where to order, rather than turning them away. Unfortunately, we were unable to try the food as a result. We recommend driving a few extra miles to Smithfield's for a better experience.
This establishment only has drive-thru service. No one acknowledged our order at the speaker, and the woman at the window refused to take our order unless it was placed at the speaker. How absurd! Save yourself the trouble and dine elsewhere. COVID has led to some establishments being lazy.
I ordered 50 pieces of chicken for the same day and it was ready on time and absolutely delicious! Some of the best chicken I have ever had! I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!
They don't let you go in to order so we're in the drive thru line. after 25 minutes we come to the window to see a sign that says: "No order placed in the window, no take off"! but there was notice that suggested the order to be placed elsewhere. if they can go through the effort to put a “not place order” sign on the pick-up window, why not only place a “order here” sign where they want to argue with their new customers and send them away. would like to check the food, but they would not let us have. drive the few additional miles to smithfield. that's where I'm taking this assessment.
This place is only driving, no one said something on the loudspeaker asking about our order, and the lady in the window said she should not take our order unless it was in the loudspeaker. how ridiculous? Do they like you and go somewhere else. covid has created some lazy facilities.
