My recent visit on Thursday, October 5th, 2023, was pleasurable, and the service was good. However, during a previous visit on October 1st, 2023, to do a take out order. Some just above middle-aged female worker walked up to me at the reception desk and asked me what I wanted. I said to do a take order, she simply what away, went and stood in front of the fireplace, ignoring me totally. Finally, the other receptionist got someone to receive my take out order request after I had to mention it again, and eventually they were very prompt along with the staff at the cashiers desk in seeing to my order.

Stopped by looking for a specific hat. Found it! All set. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

My recent experience this morning 10/8/2023 at Cracker Barrel in Lumberton, NC, has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite placing a curbside order online with the promise of a 25-minute wait, my frustration began when I had to call to notify them of my arrival due to a malfunctioning check-in link. Following instructions to pull up to the front door, where I was assured my order was being bagged and would be promptly brought out, I was met with neglect. After calling again, enduring another round of waiting, and an additional 45 minutes passing, I finally received my order. To exacerbate the situation, upon arriving home, I discovered the main parts of my order were missing, one breakfast order was missing and the food I did receive was extremely cold!! This lack of service and attention to detail are entirely unacceptable. Witnessing such a decline in customer service is disheartening, and this experience has undeniably left a negative impression. Unfortunately, this isn't the first disappointing encounter I've had at this location, but it will unquestionably be my last.
