Kfc - Lumberton

Had to wait on extra crispy chicken and they forgot my chicken litte sandwich that I paid for.

Swallowed mold from a dirty fountain drink and my food was literally served cold both famous bowls very poor service and unsanitary! When I showed them my cup full of mold they did not do anything besides say I will get a new cup that I did not received never coming back to this location very bad experience when traveling from out of town!

Food is always good but the service was horrible except for the one young man at the register. Young kids with no problem solving skills not really looking at orders. Had I not been watching them fulfill my order (after it said it was ready and I still stood and waited 15 minutes) I would've been looking for BBQ sauce at home for my kids. The young man at the register was super nice and accommodating though.
