Sonic Drive-in - Lumberton

The response time after pressing the call button was 10 minutes. When our order finally arrived, it was incorrect. We requested sweet tea, but they brought us unsweetened instead, which was disappointing as my husband is diabetic. We tried calling them to resolve the issue, but they didn’t respond. When I went inside to address the mistake, it took another 20 minutes just to get the unsweetened tea. The employees seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than helping customers. It felt like nobody was actually working!

I waited 20 minutes for my order of delicious mozzarella sticks, but once again, I only received 7 sticks instead of the 8 I ordered. This happened before on August 5, 2022. When I inquired about the missing stick, I was told I would have to pay for the additional stick and wait for the rest of my order. It’s frustrating to deal with this issue repeatedly.

I visited a Sonic recently and wasn't too impressed. The place was underoccupied, which I can understand, so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I attempted to order from my car but waited for 15 minutes with no response, so I decided to use the drive-thru instead. The young lady who took my order at the drive-thru was friendly, but she seemed distracted by her phone and forgot my order. The food was tasty, even though I didn't receive exactly what I ordered. It was hot and fresh, but I was a bit disappointed to end up with the Texas Toast Bacon Burger instead of my original choice. However, after not having eaten for 12 hours during a long, rainy trip, I ended up eating it anyway.

I love to get the sprite zero and add earthy? I ordered in the drive thru and I had maybe 5 cars in front of m. the line moved very fast. the personal is super friendly and if they told me that there were no berries to put in my drink, they suggested a delicious alternative? when this place first came to lumberton N.C it was one of my favorites almost food joints of my mother! She loved getting the chili cheese so that they add Slav. a few days? ll see some of the employees roll over the parking space on their roller shoes? look at this place, you won't be disappointed!?

They were super busy. We order an ice coffee a regular coffee and smal drink. Well got the ice coffee and small drink and then was told we didn't order coffee that was on our receipt so he left mad at us and then brought the cream and sugar but not coffee waiter left mad again at us. Then after about 30 min we were told they are working on our coffee well after the waiters attitude I wasn't about to drink anything he brought us so we asked for a refund and they shorted us on the refund an no we never got ugly or mean it was all thank you and please. He must have been tired or mad because they were busy. But its all good want make or brake the place. But want ever go back.
