Contribuisci feedbackThe staff was unfriendly and seemed uninterested. The dining area was not clean or organized. I ordered a tiger brown sugar drink, but it was not cold enough and too sweet.
The service at this restaurant is lacking, as two of the staff members displayed poor customer service. When we tried to pay for our ice creams with a card, the card machine was not working. After waiting for 15 minutes for it to be fixed, they requested payment in cash, which we did not have. We returned the melted ice creams as instructed, and the staff members laughed at us. When I asked for the manager's contact information, they gave me a number and pretended to be someone else when answering the phone. I am shocked and disgusted by their behavior, and there seems to be no way to contact a customer service department.
Owner has a very off putting reptilian vibe, eyes drained of any soul…i think he is a skin-walker, i feared for my purity. Pls everyone cleanse yourselves after drinking from this establishment…i believe they are putting adrenochrome in our drinks. THIS IS THE CLEAR WORK OF SATAN BE WARY FELLOW TRAVELLERS, also the brown sugar bubble tea had nits in them. Amen.
I ordered a standard pomegranate boba tea and it was honestly amazing. It was much better than the homemade version, even though it had a slightly artificial taste. The only downside was the price at £4.20, which was quite high for a drink.
I love the milky mango bubble tea with peach jelly burst bubbles. It’s a perfect drink for the summers and tastes absolutely divine and refreshing. I would say: choose your straw wisely, I ended up picking out a paper straw which was good for nothing and had to eventually use a spoon to have those bubbles. Also there was only one pretty lady working at the stall. Most of the times I’ve seen at least two of them but this poor lady kept working and serving everyone in that constant queue. Had to wait seven to eight minutes to order but was definitely worth it. Thanks
