La Mie - Luxembourg

One of the best small restaurants in Luxembourg. The food is always delicious with a very good quality. The prices are good and the service is top. Alessandro is an extremely nice and friendly person and he cares to provide an outstanding services to the guests. I would highly recommend it.

La Mie is small but great restaurant near Luxembourg Gare main train station. I'm very happy the owners find this place as I was their customer on previous one. I can ensure you they know how to please the customer with heartwarming way. Necessary to say the stuff is very professional. The place itself is work of art. The food and snacks they serve is all in house, freshly prepared in the kitchen. And the quality is one of the best around. The price can be considered even low for both the quality and quantity. I have visited them with colleagues and everybody was very happy. We selected the menu of the day which was pulled pork burger served with baked potato loaded with sour cream and the best coleslaw salad I ever eat. Summary : this place is a must for foodies , whom know how to enjoy the life.

Occasionally you come across a place that's a genuine hidden gem. La Mie is situated halfway on Rue De Strasbourg and would only be noticed by the sign above the door. A lovely space with a very rustic feel to it and a menu that compliments that feel. Not a single chair or table match and the glasses are all different which is quirky and fresh! A well lit restaurant with a lot of natural light and plenty of space to enjoy a meal with friends. The staff are fantastically friendly and the owner made us feel very welcome. As a Scottish guy with a terrible pallet I was very pleased when the owner swapped items I didn't like for others I did at no extra cost at all. The prices were fantastic and I would very much recommend eating here. It's definitely a hidden gem on a street filled with eateries. I'll definitely be back to try more of the amazing home cook feel food.

Incredible place, secretly hidden on the middle of Rue du Strasbourg. The food was incredibly authentic and the service was fantastic. Carrot cake was especially good!
