Looking for a late lunch in the old town. search by tripadvisor listed la suisse with good reviews and pretty close to our location. oh mann, this place has not disappointed! this is a corner position and at the first tip in the door we thought...just a bar, but then we saw posted menu. we originally sat in the restaurant, then were asked if we wanted to share outside the table with some others that we did. the weather was nice and allowed us to conduct a great conversation with the locals. the menu had a nice selection of entrees and they all sound great. we chose cordon bleu and a linkworst with kartoffel bowl (not remember name.) both were excellent, big parts. service was friendly and timely. we drank only one lime, looked like they had a good choice of adult drinks. this place had a great mood, we will definitely return at the next visit in luzern. nicer recommended!
The restaurant is located near the chapel bridge directly around the corner of the road. we ordered lamb ribs and kartoffels together with fries and a few beers. the served large portions and cooked really well. when it was late in the afternoon, we decided to sit inside as it was windy and cold, but most mozen prefer the tables outside. still it was very good.
Gott sei dank gehts das beliebte dorchzögli. E absolute hit send die rüdig guete cordonbleu. E bsuech lohnt jetzt emmer.
