Contribuisci feedback2nd order they've got wrong this month. Told the manager Angie that the route their driver would normally take was closed due to the bridge being out. Had the driver call us 10 minutes later to say that the bridge was closed and he would have to take a different route. Got our pizza 50 mins later, cold and made incorrectly. Called back to complain and had the manager get irate and nasty with my wife. Gave her a $15 credit and hung up in her face. Wow
We have bought from this store for 20 years. We just picked up or order and it was half wrong. I called and politely asked that they put the rest of our correct order on the next delivery. I was informed that I would have to pay a convenience fee and delivery charge. I asked how much they would pay me for convenience and delivery fees to return for my correct order......well, it resulted in the manager screaming F you in the phone at me. What a sad time we live in. This is the best companies can find to run their business. We 've had dozens of messed up orders over the years but the manager ALWAYS corrected the mistake and it was pleasant. Oh, corporate is only open 4 days/week.... makes sense.
Difficulty placing online order. After I submitted the order, the items were still in my cart. I decided to call a local store to place my order. The clerk asked FOUR times if I wanted breadsticks or cheesy breadsticks AFTER I had confirmed I wanted breadsticks. After this order was finally placed, I received an email to confirm the online order. Now I had 2 orders! Fortunately, I was able to cancel one of the orders. When I did the curbside pickup, the extra marinara I ordered was missing. Someone brought it out,, but the lid was not on completely and it spilled on my granddaughter.
The driver took 30 minutes to deliver my pizza, even though the restaurant is only 8 to 10 minutes away. When I opened the door, he was on his phone, which doesn’t reflect well on customer service.
When we arrived about 25 minutes later, my husband went inside to pick up our order and was again assisted by the same man. He noted the man's professionalism and confirmed that our personal pan pizzas had indeed been baked twice as requested. Once we got home, everything was perfect and delicious! We truly appreciate employees who take pride in their work and prioritize customer service. I highly recommend the Pizza Hut in Boonsboro! Unfortunately, we didn’t catch his name.
