Sad I have to make this post. We started out really liking their pizza 2 years ago. It's close to our house, so it quickly became our regular Friday night dinner choice. But recently the quality of their pizzas took a severe downturn...and the service soon followed. Their pizzas are now consistently dry and overcooked. Plus, it now takes forever to get the pizza out the door. I guess we'll have to find another favorite Friday night pizza place.

The pizza has always been delicious here; my rating has to do with the service and the store not opening at the time it says. I have called numerous time from 12:35pm to 12:45pm this Saturday and no one answered. The website indicated that the store opened at 11am so I figured they were just busy. That being said, I placed an online order at 12:48pm and gave me an est time of 1:13pm. When I arrived to pick up, this guy named Joshua told me he just walked in 10 mins ago and is now working on my order. This type of service is not acceptable especially when customer purposely call for the convenience of having it ready and not waiting for it. This leads me to believe that the workers showed up late and hence why my order took this long and no one answer the phone I called when it should have been opened. Management need to retrain their staff.

I tried placing an order through their web site shortly after they opened for the day, and waited a half an hour past when my food was supposed to arrive when I tried calling. Nobody picked up after multiple attempts.

Got our order completly wrong over paid but i caught that.
