I hung out at the bar standing for about 20 minutes before a table cleared but it took about 10 minutes for thetable to be cleaned up. With the number of customers at the establishment, the restaurant was severely understaffedunfortunately. The bartender was very kind and apologized for the delays. So I really appreciated that. After ordering a pastadish. The pasta itself was a bit undercooked.
The food is consistently excellent. They start you off with freshly baked bread and butter, which is always a delightful treat because the bread is fantastic. Your entrée comes with either soup or salad, and I must say, the salad is one of the best I’ve ever had, largely due to its amazing dressing. The Asian-style vinaigrette is exceptional! I ordered the Mizithra Cheese with Browned Butter pasta, and it was incredibly flavorful. The cheese truly enhances the dish and adds a zesty kick to the pasta. I thought it was great and will definitely order it again. For dessert, you’re treated to Spumoni ice cream, which is both unique and delicious. I also had the Tiramisu, a timeless classic that's always outstanding. To top it all off, my meal was free! The Old Spaghetti Factory is truly one of my favorite restaurants, offering a dynamic and interesting experience that sets it apart from other chain establishments. The atmosphere is fantastic and one-of-a-kind. You must dine here—bring your friends and family and enjoy a delightful night out!
It was a decent experience overall. We arrived a bit later in the dinner service, so the waitstaff seemed a little stretched, but we never felt neglected. We were thrilled to dine in the trolley car for the first time—it's a fun touch, and we definitely felt like kids again! The portion sizes were ample, leaving us with plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day.
We visited this restaurant for Father's Day, expecting it to be busy. I'm giving it 4 stars because we were informed there would be a 20-minute wait, but it ended up being an hour. However, once we finally got seated, our server was wonderful and very attentive, despite being swamped! All four of us really enjoyed our meals. My daughter was especially excited to get to keep the glass from her Italian soda!
We had reservations for 5:15. We finally got food at 6:45. Pasta lacked sauce and was dry. My sister was served frozen salad mix. Water wasn't refilled. It was incredibly loud and overcrowded due to so many high school graduations. It was our first andlast visit to this location. Food, service, atmosphere wasn't worth the $300 we spent here. The only positive was the bread wasgood and warm. There just wasn't enough of it once it was served 50 minutes after we got there!
