The Rice Noodle House - Lynwood

Wife's fav is the hor fun soup noodle, but mine is the chicken rice. Chicken isn't dry and they have (in my opinion) the best tasting chicken rice chili in town.

After seeing so many positive reviews my wife and I decided to give this restaurant a try. Everything is clean but fairly basic. The room is quite small but the service efficient and friendly. My wife ordered the house special of rice noodles with sliced chicken and prawns. She found the dish rather bland and with only two prawns it was a little disappointing. I ordered the nasi lemak with curry chicken and I quite enjoyed the various components. At just $11 a dish one cannot complain about the value for money. It no doubt attracts a good number of students and budget minded diners but we seek a little more from a dining experience, even if it means paying more.

A real delight to eat at and value for money. Tried the nasi lemak fried chicken and everything was cooked superbly the rice was fragrant and moist, sambal spot on, fried chicken crispy and flavorful, and topped with an egg with a runny center. The way I love it. Well done!
