Everything about this meal was exceptional, from the delicious food to the outstanding service. The atmosphere is equally impressive, making it a great place to grab takeout. Highly recommending this place!

Stopped by to grab a quick sandwich did NOT happen. NO customers and when we walked in the two employees were at the cash register area discussing a cleaning sanitizer. We stood at the Order Here counter waiting for several minutes until we asked if we could order. The female employee came down and started to take our order she was not happy! All the while we tried to order the cheese and veggies the conversation continued. Felt like it was interruption of the their important conversation about how to use the cleaner. Finally I told her that it was rude to continue their conversation instead of focusing on the order for a customer. Her reply was that she could be rude!!! Seemed to us she already had been!!! At that point I told my husband that we did not need a sandwich. I would wait in the car. About ten minutes later he came out with a sandwich. We will NEVER stop at the Lyons Subway again. Seems cleaning is more important than a customer!!!
