The music is too loud, and the bright lights hurt my eyes. The light show makes sense for a nightclub or live music, but when it's constantly on, it becomes annoying. The waitstaff are polite and do their best to help, but it doesn't always work out. I ordered a starter, pasta, and a drink, and I asked for the starter first, followed by the pasta. In the end, they brought everything at once. It might be better to just order delivery.
I've told myself many times not to come here again! This restaurant is awful; the food is poorly prepared and overcooked. I didn't have time to go to the food court, so I thought I'd just stop by for a bite, but it ruined my mood. The quality does not match the prices at all. They desperately need to change the chefs—I'm sure I could cook a hundred times better! I'm at a loss for words.
The food is unremarkable. It used to be tasty about three years ago, and there were more waitstaff. Now there's just one overwhelmed waitress rushing between tables, barely managing to take orders. It seems they lost their alcohol license two years ago, so aside from beer, there's nothing worth drinking, especially considering the food isn't good. Everything is either overcooked or too salty. You might as well just stop by for a salad.
Uryuk is no longer what it used to be. The menu is huge, but the Uzbek dishes are overshadowed by the mixed options. You can stop by for a quick bite, but you won't find the once-popular Uzbek salads or hot dishes. It's a case where the overwhelming variety does more harm than good.
The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and offers good food. I especially enjoyed the dumplings in the soup and the baklava. However, I wasn't a fan of the cucumber lemonade. Overall, everything was great, and it's a bonus that the shopping center's parking is free if you dine here.
