Dunkin' - Mableton

Overall, Dunkin’ is a decent choice. However, their regular coffee tends to be weaker compared to other coffee chains. I often find it necessary to add an extra shot of espresso, otherwise it feels like a waste of calories. This particular Dunkin’ location usually gets my order correct, but the drive-thru wait times can be a bit long.

Overall, the service is good. I visit this place every morning before work, and the staff are usually polite and efficient. There have been a few instances where I've felt rushed while placing my order, and once my macchiato was lukewarm, but these occasions are uncommon. Generally, the service and drinks are great (I haven't tried any food yet).

Update: 2/26/22 - I was pleasantly surprised by a recent change at this location. On a chance visit, I discovered that an employee named DJ, whom I had previously met at another store in Decatur, is now the manager here. This is definitely a positive development for the establishment. Thumbs up!

On Saturday afternoon, my family and I visited this Dunkin' location, only to find that they had almost no donuts available—just a single glazed donut and some donut holes. When we asked to order a dozen assorted donuts, we were informed that what we saw was all they had. This seems to be a recurring issue at Dunkin', as I've experienced the same thing during my last four visits with my children. I'm not particularly picky, and I wasn’t even planning to eat the donuts myself; we just wanted to grab a dozen for the family after a funeral. If they’re unable to keep donuts in stock, perhaps they should consider rebranding as Dunkin' Coffee. The coffee is always excellent! I gave this place two stars, primarily because the restroom was clean and the staff was friendly, but ultimately we left without placing an order.

I always have a great experience here! The service is excellent, and the coffee is always served hot. This morning, my breakfast was warm and delicious.
