Crompton Road Chippy - Macclesfield

This is the first chip shop in Macclesfield that truly understands how to cook and serve mushy peas properly! The chips were boiled just right, and the fish was delicious. The customer service was warm, with friendly conversation. I also noticed that they've considered the materials used for packaging their food, which made my eco-conscious side happy as well!

The staff here was incredibly friendly. We requested a delivery, and even though we were outside the usual delivery area, they went above and beyond to accommodate us and even included two bottles of Prosecco with our order. That was a lovely surprise! We will definitely be returning.

I had a fantastic experience with the fish and chips in a beautiful, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. A big thank you to the staff! I look forward to visiting again soon from the cable.

Nice and friendly local staff with good quality eating; and best, you eat is not soggy. I was in many different countries at many chippies and this is by far my favorite.

Very nice friendly staff. Fish was crispy and delicious. Gluten free fish is served Friday and Saturday according to the sign outside. This was also delicious and great that all the family can now be included. Mushy peas were decent as well and portions were good. Overall very happy with everything.
