Happy Wok - Machesney Park

The food was overcooked, and I didn't receive the correct sauce with my dish. I likely won't return.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is friendly, I've never had a bad meal, and the prices are very reasonable considering the portion sizes.

I'm puzzled by why their sign states that they open at 10:30 AM. I arrived just ten minutes after opening, only to be told that I couldn't place my order and that I should "come back later." I'm on my lunch break here; your sign says you're open. This is really poor customer service.

The egg fried rice and egg drop soup were enjoyable; however, the shrimp fried rice contained shrimp that were slimy, indicating they may have spoiled. I typically order from Happy Wok when I'm not feeling well since it usually helps me feel better, but now I'm concerned about possibly needing a hospital visit.
