Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Machesney Park

I've been going to Potbelly for a few years, and this is my favorite location! My server Matthew always has a smile on his face, and very horough with my requests. Great job to Potbelly and Machesney Park Potbelly staff.

I came through the drive through for a veggie melt and this location knocked it out of the park! Very well made sandwich and still hot while I was eating it. Very satisfied with the team there today from the customer service to quality of the food I ordered.

Ordered thru app 1st time messed up put wrong location tried to explain ask manager if could cancel thn place at Machesney park location she wouldn't she was very rude snappy unhelpful I asked her name she wouldn't give it to me she said to just go to other location 25 min away was her solution. Unfriendly I will never go back to this location again. Young female manager w short brown hair.

Horrible, i called because THEY forgot my soup- lady i talked to said they can’t do anything about it besides me coming back today because they are “extremely busy” then hungup. so it’s my fault you forgot my soup, then gonna be rude on the phone about it. i’ll be calling tomorrow to talk to a manager. After spending $52 there, this is how they act.

First time being here. I Waited 30 minutes for a mobile order. Employees don't look happy. And did not acknowledge me when i was patiently waiting. There was a round guy, wearing a hat, blue shirt, blonde hair and blue eyes who was not helpful and rush me out the line when I asked for help. He seemed overwhelmed. The general manager job is to keep the store organized and keep employees happy. Will not be coming back here. Probably will be calling corporate to complain.
