I had a fantastic culinary experience at this restaurant! The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely and inviting. The Korean roasted chicken was the best I've had in Mackay—crispy and absolutely delicious. I was surprised to find it was served as a boneless version, but it was still delightful. The salad was fresh and tasty, perfectly complemented by the dressing. The only disappointment was that they no longer had the Mount Pleasant share board I wanted to try. Despite that, I highly recommend this place!

I was really excited to have a nice steak while I was in Mackay. I ordered a medium-rare ribeye steak, but what I received was a well-done, dry piece of leather. The sweet potato was overcooked and gray, and the small serving of mushroom sauce tasted like it came from a box. The worst part was that I paid $43 for it! I wouldn't even pay that much for a piece of wagyu at a five-star restaurant in Brisbane. On the bright side, my dog enjoyed a delicious meal when we got home!

We had fantastic main dishes and dessert, and the service provided by Koch Jarred was exceptional. Thank you for making our dinner such a delightful experience!
