Contribuisci feedbackThe second time we stayed much better than the first and we reflected that in our second review. However their check in/payment procedures are ridiculous. The first time we stayed we were asked to pay at the desk while checking in, however we had already done so via booking website. The second time we stayed (two days later) after we did a bad review about the first stay, I went to make payment upon check in, the Duty Manager said no we won't take payment to which I offered again to make sure it was ok. So I thought that's nice they are making sure our stay was more pleasant than the last, in return now did a good review. So once question on procedures once asked for payment after our stay (3 days later) I questioned why and why different procedures. Sometimes they ask for before and sometimes in our case they ask later to make sure our stay is good. To me this manipulative and misleading. I do not rate this hotel at all. as my original rating on Booking.com reflects if we didn't need the three bedrooms for our family we would have not stayed the second time. Review your procedures or making it VERY clear because we are now out of money because I have to scrape together the payment.

Nothing is is a drama always willing to assist me with anything that I requested. Especially opening up the gym early and ensure that my wifi is working correctly. Thanks again team coral cay. I will be back Russ
Wow! What an absolute exquisite evening dining in the restaurant, the food was deliciously devine and the customer service outstanding! The best seafood I have ever tasted, tasty oysters and the barramundi was cooked to perfection, compliments to the chef thank you for an unforgettable experience ????
After 4 days touring it was just like having a home cooked meal..... perfect
