McDonalds Mackay East

I always have a longish wait when I go here. I think maybe extra staff or more cooking stations will help. The store is usually clean. They seem to run out of coffee cards often. So far I have had 10 coffees I couldnt record on a card so miss out on the free one.

We needed a coffee fix after attending netball trials. Unfortunately there was a very large queue into drive through but eventually made it. We asked 4 times for a short black and got a long black!

Wife and O used drive through for brekkie as usual the girl repeated our order before processing. Came out quick and was quite fresh, I guess we got lucky

Coffee was usual standard flavour with a long wait as busy in the mornings. Food was normal Maccas taste, toasted ham, cheese and tomato toastie and a hash brown. Staff were friendly enough and were going as quick as they could. Carpark was nearly full as was drive through.

Like most Maccas restaurants the toilets need more TLC and have more room i.e. stalls. This failure never ceases to amaze me! As for the food, the quality and service is good. P.S. get your staff to smile more often.
