The Bistro at Harrup Park - Mackay

We had a fantastic dinner at this restaurant. It was very crowded, but we were served our meal in about 30 minutes. The staff provided excellent service and were more than happy to accommodate our large party. This is always a great spot for my husband and me to visit on our date nights.

We went to the restaurant with some friends who were members, so we were able to get discounted meals. Make sure to bring your membership card as you need to show it upon signing in. The food was tasty, but I personally felt it needed more salt. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant has a nice view. They are currently constructing more grandstands, but this did not affect our dining experience.

My friends and I visited the restaurant on ANZAC Night '22 for a meal. We tried the Chicken Parma and it was delicious! The chicken was not dry and had plenty of toppings. The Satay Chicken sticks with Jasmine Rice were fragrant and tasty, but could have used a bit more sauce. The kids had the Fish and Chips, which had a good-sized fish portion and they had no complaints. We washed it all down with some cold lemonades and had a great night. If you want to avoid waiting in line for food, you can download the QR code on the table to pay with your card. It's much quicker! Enjoy!

To the 2 ladies that helped me last night THANK YOU for helping me out!! On the 25/7/22 when I was in a panic to decorate a table for my daughter’s birthday dinner, I was so rushed for time to get things done before all the guests were to arrive .... I still had to go home to get ready those 2 wonderful young ladies took my balloons flowers and organised them for me. That saved me!! Thanks Girls I’ll remember your face but I didn’t catch your names I’m sorry. Your manager should be so proud of your Efforts to help a customer out. xx Cid

This club is at the high end and caters for everyone.National Cricket facility which is well positioned with carparking. Excellent food with good specials and entertainment. Very professional and they get a good following.
