Sushi Grand - Mackinac County

Close to the Grand Hotel, Sushi Grand offers an excellent meal at a fair price compared to other places on the island. Excellent presentation, we were blown away from the authentic hot towel before the meal. The atmosphere was cute, with beautiful decor (just down to small tables). The food was one of the better things we had on our trip to Michigan. With pubs and burger joints that placed the island and the surrounding area, it was nice to see another place. The sushi was good and authentic. I was also pleased that they had no fish options with their beef bowl. Overall, Sushi Grand is a great stop for those who want something different from a burger and pommes.

If I could give him more stars, I would. I have not been able to find a sushi restaurant that compares how good this place is! Everything in this place is amazing; atmosphere, staff and food. My rainbow roll was maybe $20, but trust me when I say that every single penny was worth it. It was a very pleasant experience and I cannot wait sincerely to return.

Phenomenal says everything!! Sitting out on a beautiful day like today was perfect. Our waitress was fantastic! Two of us ordered the Nikoise salad and it was the best Nikoise salad, the tuna was perfect. My **** Mary was one of the best. The watermelon Mojito was delicious. I highly recommend that you go to Mackinac Island to eat or at least a drink in this restaurant.

It is pricy like any other restaurant on the island BUT it is stylish, very clean! Beautiful staff, beautiful surroundings and the food is SO FRESH!!! So delicious. One of the best sushis I've ever had. By the way for a Bento Box Crab Salat philadelphia Roll tip=55$

Great just a short walk from the Grand Hotel, and owned by the Grand. Special daily menus that augment an already delicious assortment of rolls, nigiri and noodles!
