Specializzato in ricette tradizionali sarde, questo ristorante ha affrontato con panache il nostro vegetarianismo. Il cibo era ben cucinato e estremamente gustoso. Hanno fatto una scelta molto consapevole nel cucinare le specialità della Sardegna e funziona davvero. Non lasciatevelo sfuggire perché il ristorante fa parte di un hotel. È una vera gemma.

Questo ristorante si trova in un hotel. Il cibo era eccellente e molto gustoso. Purtroppo le porzioni erano molto piccole e il nostro conto per due era molto alto. Molto buona la cucina italiana e sarda.

Abbiamo assaggiato la carta di musica, calda con olio, e poi una zuppa, più simile a una lasagna, con pane, formaggio e finocchietto selvatico, carne di corteccia con funghi locali e anche i loro funghi sott'olio. Il vino rosso della casa era eccellente! Per dessert ho mangiato dei cachi. Il cameriere con un po' di floss di fata e il mio uomo ha mangiato un gelato al sapore di finocchio! Ottima convivialità, cordiali e veloci. Una tappa eccellente se vuoi provare i veri prodotti locali!

This is one of the best restaurants that I have come to Italy in 10 years. Chef patrizia is an amazing, instinctive cook. at my first visit I had a plate of carta musica, music paper, a thin, thin Sardinian brot, layered and. with wild fennel and local cheese baked. so easy, but so delicious. cucina povere, the simple cooking of land farmers, they used what they had, and what they found in the wild. a primi of curlugliones, a traditional type of ravioli, a little bag that is actually braided at one end, in a wonderful tomato sauce, was just as delicious. a dessert of traditional roasted baked stuffed with the best ricotta cheese and served with honey, the best we had on sardinia. da gigi is so good that we went out of the way to feed again and were not disappointed. if they find themselves near macomer, and even if they have to go out of the way, this is not to miss a restaurant. the hotel margine is located in the center of the city. I dream to go back.
