This is a fast food place nice big menu kids menu the food here is good and big portions the staff very friendly and the place very clean you can dine in here or get takeaway

I stayed at the Castle Hotel in Macroom for three weeks in September 2023. There were many nights when I returned to the hotel the restaurant had stopped serving. When that happened, I would walk the two blocks to Greg’s Chip shop to get something to eat. I always had a good experience. The place was clean, and the food was good. The menu is what you would see at a typical chipper – pizza, burgers, chicken tenders, chips, etc. I also liked the fact there were tables and chairs where I could sit down and eat my food. There were even tables on the second floor. During many of my visits I would see the owner working. It would stay open until 10:00 p.m., which worked well for me. They were closed on Monday’s. There are parking spaces near the front door. I live in the United States so I like to have ice in my drinks, they do not have ice but the workers would always give me a cup for my soft drink.
