Chili's Grill & Bar - Madison

Went to a Chili's out in MO and the food was as far as I remember.......but this time the food was freakin awful.... our waiter was very nice and she apologized and offered to let us get something else by that time, I was done, done..

The food was good. Wait was too long. My card was run 5xs before the system acknowledged the transaction. The staff looked harried and stressed which is the norm most places these days, bless their hearts. They did great but you can tell they needmore hands.

Food was good, but service was not. We waited 15 minutes and no one even came to our table. I understand busy, but someone at least needs to come to the table and let you know. I had to go to the hostess stand. I was very nice about it too. But theservice didn't get better.

Order curbside. Order didn't take long and it was correct HOWEVER, the broccoli on my order was overcooked and had absolutely no seasoning whatsoever. I don't know if they have a shortage on potatoes but as you can see from the pics I posted. Hadn't eatenanything off my plate. Tenders were not as big as I remember them being but they were ok. Overall...nothing to spectacular aboutthis visit..sorry????

Waiter was the worst I've ever had. Ordered chips and salsa and were never brought out. They still tried to charge us. Ribs were decent but not the quality you expect from Chili's. Good thing I wasn't thirsty because one glass was all we got. Waiter neverchecked on us after order was placed. First time in my life I didn't leave a tip.
