Let me start off by saying I looked at the reviews and thought this would be a nice place for my family to get a country style meal. Well I was taken back by how rude and disrespectful the women who owned the place acted. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. So we went ahead and ordered our food while we waited for our food the owner must’ve known the people that sat behind us because the entire time we waited for our food she was degrading people in the restaurant talking about everybody and was just plain out rude. Now we get to discuss the so-called home style cooking if you call canned green beans homestyle cooking we have a problem. The french fries were just dry and old. The rice pudding was I’m not even sure what was in it but it tasted horrible and looked even worse. The rest of the food was just tasteless and had no flavor. I could not in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone not only because of the food, but for the atmosphere and service that was received.
We went last tuesday..my husband and me..took two of our friends..we love the people and food there..service by Jenny was great and food was good all the way around..well all go back
Always a great meal from this Madison Heights staple. The staff is wonderful and the food and prices are great.
Friendly people but the food was garbage. The meatloaf had OLD green peppers in it, the mashed potatoes were powdered and the green beans were generic canned. The cornbread was just dry and old. The rice pudding was VERY bizarre. I would never consider eating at Dudley's again.
