Buffalo Wild Wings - Madison

I really don't understand why there are so many drumsticks. The last time I ordered from this restaurant, I got 8 out of 12 drumsticks, and this time, it's 9 out of 12 (I've already eaten one). I don't think this is a coincidence. In every other order of buffalo wings I've had, the ratio has been about 1:1. I'm feeling a bit frustrated because I'm not a big fan of drumsticks. Since they only offer takeout, I didn't even notice it until I got home.

I ordered delivery through the BWW website, but my food arrived late and cold. The onion rings and cheese curds were inedible by the time they got here. The boxes were covered in sauce on the outside. The chicken wrap had the wrong sauce, and the dry rub wings weren't properly coated, so most of them didn't have any seasoning at all. We also ordered drinks and carrots, but those never arrived. When I tried to reach out to the manager, they were conveniently out of the store, and corporate just offered an apology without making any efforts to resolve the issue. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The food was good and typical of what you'd expect from BWW. They have a new app-based ordering system that allows you to order from your phone while at your table. It took us about two minutes to get the hang of it, but once we did, everything went smoothly. The waiting staff was attractive and attentive, even though we ended up using the app for most of our ordering.

I ordered 15 wings and pretzels for take out tonight and received At least 5 wings that were barely larger than a quarter. I counted all my wings and was baffled that those 5 and also one the size of a nickel counted toward my 15. Also received less than half a sauce cup of beer cheese. At its deepest it was maybe 1/3 an inch deep. While eating my wings I crunched on something uncomfy and proceeded to pull a bone out of my mouth and the wing. I?m appalled and will not be ordering from this Buffalo Wild Wings again.

Horrendous. Ordered delivery and not only did they take almost 2 hours to arrive, the food arrived overcook and also freezing the thermometer was in Celsius but that 77°F? Whatever they did with the coleslaw it was warmer than the wings and looked and tasted like it had been sat out in the sun for about 3 days.
