Chick-fil-a - Madison

Chick-fil-A must be one of the best among all fast food chains out there. this place is not an exception beautiful fast service and plentiful place to eat. are also smooth. there is plenty of space to park their car and not hard to find. a must to visit!

We got caught. on a road trip and after eating a delicious lunch we came back to our car and our power steering went out! daniel and javier went over and beyond to help us find out everything. our heroes! 10/10 recommend to eat and break here:

Place was super busy however our food didn't take more than a few minutes to be ready. There was a kid that was constantly keeping up with cleaning the tables after people left so that was nice.

This was a VERY busy location. 3 car drive up inside/outside packed. Limited parking. Had to wait for a spot. Food was made relatively fast and of course fresh since there were so many customers. Bathrooms clean.

Chick-fil-A never ceases to impress me, especially this one.This Chick-fil-A here in Madison is the GOLDEN STANDARD of fast food and what Chick-fil-A should strive to be.Food: Food is always hot, fresh, and ready for the belly, I cannot express how amazing this food is every time I go here. I've tried the salads, #2 Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe, and of course, their fries at this location.All of which (see #2 Spicy Chicken below in photos) have been sublime.Customer Service: I generally have great customer service experiences with Chick-Fil-A, I recently went to Texas for a business trip and had many bad experiences, including problems with food, HOWEVER, THIS Chick-Fil-A has VERY HIGH STANDARDS and are GREAT AMBASSADORS for the Chick-Fil-A brand. Every time I go to the restaurant, I feel like I'm back home. I know it sounds dramatic, but they create an inclusive place where you and your family are safe, and comfortable.Overall: Definitely try out Half Powerade and Half Lemonade when you go next, this Chick-Fil-A is, as I said before, the absolute gold standard for this brand, and for all fast food brands out there to strive to be. I couldn't be happier with them.
