Moka - Madison

My absolute favorite go to Madison Coffee shop I used to be a Starbucks girl until I stumbled upon Moka.

Amazing customer service and coffee have a hard time spending good money on coffee shops, but when I do, it's MOKA.

Best place for a good, fast, cafe-type drink on the goI love their black and white mocha.

I just wish I could give these guys a better review. Firstly, the Moka employees and owner are super friendly, nice and accomodating. They really are all about customer service. If you visit here regularly it's kind of like Cheers. They get to know you by name, your drink of coice.... The building looks like it's only a drive-through establishment, but there is a walk-in area where you can order and sit down and stay awhile since there are a few tables and chairs. OK so here's where my review takes a turn. I only drink decaf (unfortunately), and every decaf drink I've had there I did not like. I thought the brewed decaf coffee was terrible, the cappuccino had a bitter aftertaste and so did the latte. BUT! My family, who all drink caffeinated coffee loves it! My daughter says they make one of the best vanilla lattes she's had. She said the coffee flavor stands out and is not drowned out by milk and sweetener. So, unless you drink decaf, I suggest giving them a try.
