Wendy's - Madison

The food was cold and they also got my order wrong.The service is extremely terrible.Overall it was all horrible.

I ordered on the app. Taking my phone with me, it let me get what I wanted hot with it the hassle of rummaging around for moneyThe good was cooked to order, the service was good. The workers were friendly.

My order is always cold and wrong. I don't know what they do differently but their food tastes like no other Wendy's and I mean that in the worst way possible. Their food is not worth it go to the Goodlettsville location.

Timing in the drive thru was alright,my fries were the tips and ends of the potatoes no longer than an inch or two, even had a couple of raw fries that were cold and not cooked, the double cheeseburger was under cooked and actually red/raw in places. hope things are better soon, pretty much unhappy with my visit at the goodlettsville, Tn Wendy's

Food was fresh and the girl at the drive thru was very sweet.
