Hibernia Cafe - Magill

This is such a great local lunch spot. Decor and food presentation is top notch. The brunch food and Homemade pies are delicious.

Great coffee; tasty, fresh food; awesome service; beautiful atmosphere.

I was so excited about this placeThere are a few great eating places now opened on Magill Road.

Had brunch here today and it was really good.My wife and I had the eggs benedict and our boys had the waffles.I had the eggs benedict with salmon and my wife had hers with bacon.The eggs benedict and the waffles were all very tasty. Our coffees were really good to.It's in a really nice building and the service was great as well.

This café has many positives. It is on a bus route, and there is easy parking close by. The café serves breakfast, lunch and in-betweens; today it closes at 3:30. The dining area is light and spacious. I enjoy the dodecahedral light shades, and several other geometric decorations. A jug of water with glasses stands at the ready. There is a fairly wide range of cakes and slices on display – many not commonly found. We order a slice of blueberry and frangipani which is served heated with clotted cream and a purple pansy flower. It is delicious. Our tea and coffee come as ordered: my wife declares the tea to have great taste! The paper napkins are of excellent quality. Any downsides? I find the music a little intrusive, and you pay a little extra for the luxuries. But overall this is an excellent experience.
