Service extremely slow, half of the time it's cold and the other half either the debit machine is broken or they just don't have the food? Save your time and go anywhere else

Drive thru had piled up because orders are coming out slow.took us 20 mins before we got our food.

I will never buy fried chicken again from this shop. Look at the color difference of the fried chicken and the nuggets. Must be very old oil they use and fry them again and again. They taste way too salty, I couldn't even finish a piece. The meat is not fresh at all. They are grey color and break down easily. I will NEVER buy something from PFK.
