Novotel Milano Linate Aeroporto

Pretty average or even disappointing experience. My colleague 's room had a lot of things broken. The rooms were crazily hot with no ability to turn on an A C or so opening windows barely helped. Breakfast was good, but dinner was very moderate. Also very difficult to have dinner. They don 't serve before 7pm (wonderful with small kids : ! , nor after 10.30pm, and this as an airport hotel. Then when I wanted to make a reservation, as I had to do so, the guy taking it was giving me a hard time as I could be there around 8pm and he wanted me to make it for 7pm. The medium rare burger was over done. Gym was OK. Slow check in process. The internet was super slow, barely able to work online. The entrance looks a bit hidden and the back yard also looks a bit dilapidated. All in all, very average.

Beds and bathrooms were clean, but unfortunately the floor and especially the chair were not. Breakfast was good, there was nothing to complain about. The bar was not flexible, there was only what was on the menu, even though all the drinks were available for a different cocktail. Up to this point the hotel would have received 4 stars from me. What's not possible is that the sewage pipes have no ventilation and therefore the air exchange takes place via the siphon when other rooms flush. There were unpleasant smells in the bathroom and room. This is room 103.

She was able to answer all my questions and provide me with the information I needed to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. His kindness and ability to put guests at ease were truly appreciated. Nicola, restaurant manager, deserves the most sincere compliments. His management is impeccable and you can see his commitment to ensuring an extraordinary dining experience. He is attentive to detail, courteous to customers and always available to meet their needs. The hotel itself was faultless. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was rich and delicious. The location of the hotel was ideal Overall I recommend it, can't wait to return in the future.
