Good food at reasonable prices, nice portions too. Family style sharing is expected. Came here for Valentine's Day and they had an excellent program of live music and roses for all the ladies.
The first thing I noticed about this hotel is how well it is decorated. It's pretty impressive, big open space, well lit, doesn't feel tight at all. Good quality lighting and furnishings. Very welcoming and the atmosphere makes you just sit back and enjoy a few glasses of wine. We were a group of 10 and they had a nice long table to us. They also had a lovely private room which we hoped we'd found out sooner so we could reserve. Now the food, I'm not a big fan of Italian food, but I can appreciate good pasta or pizza. This place is only so-so when it comes to my mind. The risotto was bland, the pasta was a little too al dente for my taste, and the stone oven pizza was burnt. Here our experience left a bitter taste in the mouth, we called our waiter and complained that the pizza was cooked unevenly, the outside was burnt and the center was raw. The waiter then takes the pizza and after five minutes it comes back to our table on a smaller plate with no explanation or apology. We then called the manager and explained what happened, what she arrogantly says, it should taste like we didn't know anything about pizza. The management staff was rude rather than apologetic and didn't offer to replace or cancel the pizza until voices were raised. The second pizza we ordered was cooked better and more evenly. The shrimp and chicken were very good too, but were hard to enjoy after this incident. The waiters were clumsy, dropped water on me twice and almost knocked glasses over every time they served a dish. Good thing we were there to hold up the glasses. Also, if they were serving a dish they didn't know what they were serving and we asked what it was, they would just return a blank look. All in all I would not go back and would not recommend this hotel.

Below average restaurant, expensive and bad food. Two of us shared a bruschetta starter and then each had fresh lobster ravioli for the main course, accompanied by water. The main course was lukewarm and the "lobster" was hardly to be seen. When we found some, it was dry (possibly canned?) And saturated with sickly sweet tomato sauce. We could have paid the same amount for a real Italian 3 course meal with wine just a few blocks away. The chef lives in his dreams when he believes what he says about his restaurant on his menus. Never again.
